Hi, I’m Michelle, and I like pretty, shiny things. In another life I might have been a magpie, or better yet, a bowerbird. I’m only an amateur artist myself, but I love combining mixed materials into something new and fun. Mostly that means jewelry, but I also love decorating my home and garden with unexpected treasures like suncatchers and strands of polished stones. And bells. I’m a sucker for bells.
I worry a lot. I worry about the impact I’m having, or not having. I am mindful of each aspect of the process, from where I obtain my materials to how I package the final product. I won’t always get it right, but I will always be striving toward better.
I have a good life with my humans and our critters. I am fortunate, and grateful. In a world that is rarely sunshine and roses, I hope to share little moments of joy. And make pretty things.
